【運營方名稱】(以下稱「我們」)開發並運營「善護念 PureThoughts」App(以下稱「本應用」)。本政策說明我們收集哪些資料、如何使用,以及您如何控制這些資料。

一、我們收集的資料

• 帳號資料:用戶名、密碼(加密儲存,我們無法還原)、顯示名稱;電子郵箱為選填,僅用於找回密碼。
• 修行記錄:您提交的報數(功課項目、數量、單位、日期、備註),以及代他人報數時填寫的姓名。
• 偏好設定:語言、字號、所在地區與時區、通知偏好。
• 裝置與推送資料:推送令牌(Apple APNs / Google FCM)、裝置平台與 App 版本,用於送達通知。
• 診斷資料:App 崩潰與錯誤報告(經 Sentry 收集)。
• 您主動提交的內容:學修問答訊息、自訂功課項名稱、檢舉內容。

我們不收集精確位置、通訊錄、相簿內容、廣告標識符。本應用沒有廣告,也不做跨 App 追蹤。

二、我們如何使用

• 提供功能:功課記錄與統計、共修總量、發願進度、活動提醒、學修問答。
• 送達通知:活動提醒、代報通知、問答回覆、直播開始。
• 維護安全:防止濫用、處理檢舉、封禁違規帳號。
• 改善品質:透過崩潰報告定位並修復問題。

我們不出售您的個人資料,不用於廣告投放。

三、資料的可見範圍

• 個人明細僅您本人可見(每一筆記錄內容、連續用功天數、發願進度)。
• 共修報數記錄(功課項、數量、報數人顯示名)對其他用戶可見;本應用不做任何成員之間的排名或對比。
• 管理員可處理檢舉內容、刪除違規記錄、封禁帳號。

四、第三方服務

本應用的伺服器由我們自行託管於境外資料中心,不使用第三方廣告或數據分析 SDK。

五、儲存與保留

帳號與修行記錄在您使用期間持續保存;通知記錄保留 180 天後自動清除;崩潰報告依服務商預設期限保留。

六、兒童

本應用面向共修團體的成年信眾,不面向 13 歲以下兒童,也不會有意收集其資料。

七、政策變更

政策更新時我們會修改本頁的生效日期;重大變更會在應用內告知。

【Operator name】 (“we”) develops and operates the PureThoughts mobile app (“the app”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you stay in control.

What we collect

• Account data: username, hashed password, display name; email is optional and used only for password recovery.
• Practice entries you submit (item, quantity, date, note; and the name you type when logging on someone’s behalf).
• Preferences: language, text size, region, time zone, notification settings.
• Push tokens and app version, used solely to deliver notifications.
• Crash and error reports via Sentry.
• Content you submit: Q&A messages, custom practice item names, reports you file.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photo library contents or advertising identifiers. The app has no advertising and performs no cross-app tracking.

How we use it

To provide the practice log and group totals, deliver notifications, keep the community safe (reports, blocking, bans), and fix crashes. We never sell personal data and never use it for advertising.

Visibility

Your own detail is visible only to you. Group practice entries (item, quantity, reporter’s display name) are visible to other users as part of shared practice; there is no ranking or comparison between members. Administrators can review reported content, remove violating entries and ban accounts.

Third parties

Apple APNs and Google FCM (push delivery), Sentry (crash diagnostics) and an email provider (password recovery, fallback notifications). Our servers are self-hosted in a data centre outside mainland China. No advertising or analytics SDKs.

Retention

Account and practice data are kept while your account exists. Notification records are purged after 180 days.

Your rights

Edit your profile in Settings; delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.

Children

The app is intended for adult members of practice groups. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will update the effective date above; significant changes are announced in the app.
